Two Completely Different Stories, One unusual weekend (Part One)

My friend Joey asked me to post his story for all my friends and family to hear.

Friday (Tax Day). My buddy was asked to come to a friend’s house to help an individual with his taxes. While driving to the house, Joey started noticing that anti-freeze fluid beginning to leak on the inside of his car. Then the car stalled out, and completely stopped running. Frustrated, Joey decided that he needed to purchase another vehicle. Mainly due to the fact that his current vehicle was very old (1970’s), and it was on it’s last leg.

Saturday. Joey decided to get up early, and make some breakfast. Joey, cooked the typical eggs, bacon & toast for a meal. After breakfast, he got ready to purchase a new car. While getting ready, he noticed an incredible disgusting pain in his stomach. He quickly realized that the bacon he had for breakfast might have been under cooked. But the trooper Joey was, he left soon after to buy a new car. About four hours later, and with one newly car purchased, Joey decided to head to work. The rest of the day was peaceful for good ol Joey.

Sunday. Around 7 p.m., Joey picks up his date in his barely 24 hour old vehicle. The two long lost lovers (actually it was their first date) decide to grab dinner and watch a movie at the Gateway. Around 10 p.m., while Joey and his date were walking toward their vehicle, Joey noticed that one of his windows were broken in. Around 100 CD’s were stolen, his 40 Gig iPod, the date’s purse, and many other important items were stolen from his car.

Now I must say, I have never heard anyone have such a “WONDERFUL” weekend like Joey experienced. Joey, keep your head up bro, things can only get better.

I feel confused by aspects of this story.

If you have a 40 gig iPod in your car, why in the world do you need 100 cd's in there as well? (I would recommend the Belkin Tunecast FM transmitter for iPod use in the car)

Secondly, if you love your iPod, what are you doing leaving it in the car?

I shake my head in confusion.
